Carroll County Democratic Club meetings are typically held on the first Monday of the month during spring and fall at 6pm at Exploration Commons in Westminster at the library. Speakers and other special programming TBA.

There are usually no meetings in June / July / August or December / January / February. The September meeting will be delayed by one week because of Labor Day.
