Human Services Programs of Carroll County presents the 5th Annual Gingerbread Village Festival, Nov. 21-30 and Dec. 1, at the Westminster Exchange, 15 East Main Street, Westminster (across from the Library). “Building Sweet Hope for the Homeless and Needy, a Gingerbread House Competition and Fundraiser”.
It’s open daily, 10am-8pm, except Thanksgiving.
