The March 2026 meeting is an opportunity to meet Democratic candidates for the state legislature for Carroll districts plus non-partisan candidates for the Board of Education.
Carroll County Democratic Club meetings are typically held on the first Monday of the month during spring and fall at 6pm at Exploration Commons in Westminster at the library.

There are usually no meetings in June / July / August or December / January / February.
