Motion to approve report by Mitch; vote unanimous > > Expense for this month -- stamps for new Democrat postcards Committee Reports > Email committee reports during time of virtual meetings -- preferably by first of month > Platform committee -- Anne sent list of LGBTQ issues to Mitch to be considered > Carroll County Dems -- new officers sworn in, no new plans at this point > > $100 donation to HSP of Carroll County Old Business > June 2 Primary > Western MD Democratic PAC -- canceled, virtual event June 27, details to follow > > 2021 Summit -- April 30 - May 1 > Victory Dinner postponed to September 10 > > May need to reconsider our plans > > If we can't hold, will need to still fundraise, find ways to reach out > Hispanic and Minority Outreach -- met with Alicia, hold a meet and greet with local Democratic reps, possibly regional meeting > > May need to find a way to have it virtually, but would be nice to have face-to-face > Greg still willing to host a fundraiser, if we're able > Westminster Pride moved to September/October New Business > Jamie Raskin hosting a virtual GOTV meeting May 16, 4> 5:15pm > Endorsing candidates in non-partisan contests -- at least one person on Facebook was not happy about our post for Laura Morton > > Make sure candidates want the help > > Consensus that we will make endorsements > > Virginia Harrison would like the endorsement of the Central Committee > Requests for Biden signs -- need to get some excitement for general election > > Bob Lord -- pricing for 2 color Biden yard sign, 16x26 card stock signs; our authority line; 250 signs, including frame and shipping, $1304.12 or $5.22 per sign. 500 signs for about a dollar less a sign, $2112. Ask for donations for signs, people could pick up from Corynne's yard > > Can we have signs delivered, rather than pick up? Yes, good idea > > Motion to purchase 250 signs by Anita, second by Corynne; vote unanimous > Don and Corynne invited to calls with State for Biden Committee.
