Meeting was held by phone and was called to order by Don West, Chair, at 7:05pm.

Eva Lewis -- Executive Director of MDP - email will be coming from state party with new deadlines/primary, encourage people to vote by mail, elewis@mddems.org, 410-934-9538

Justin Wilson -- Field Director for Western MD, trying to set up export program for PA, VA, NC, weekly phone banks, Monday night training on Zoom, jwilson@mddems.org, 240-439-5101

Chair's Report
- Turnover at MDP -- Eva Lewis returned as Executive Director, Justin Wilson is our new field rep
- Corynne- appointment to MDP Budget Committee
- Voter registration at CCC -- a week ago this past Monday, 6 people registered, invited back in September, possibly the 19th

Secretary's Report
Motion to approve report by Corynne, 2nd by Tom; vote unanimous

Treasurer's Report
Current balance -- $3,902.60.  Motion to approve report by Anita, 2nd by Anne; vote unanimous

- Debate watch parties -- last party canceled, no further debates planned
- Next canvass -- try to get started on virtual phone banks
- - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 11am, 2pm, 5pm
- - Push absentee ballots for June and November
- - Collecting information on priorities for election
- - Export program- PA, VA, NC -- canvass or phone bank
- Hispanic and minority outreach -- pass 
- New resident outreach -- 211 names for February, postcards have gone out
- Commissioner Bouchat -- no update

New Business
- Primary -- moved to 6/2 -- if you request an absentee ballot, you can cancel it, or you can cast a provisional ballot in person
- Virtual town hall/event -- to keep sense of community?  Live event on Facebook, give out pertinent information -- Anne will look into it further
- Canvassing in neighboring states -- canvassing in person on hold, but there are virtual activities, Turn PA Blue, Allies for PA
- Raskin event -- 3/17 -- on hold
- Fall Fest -- 9/25-27 -- same weekend as Western MD Summit -- our sponsorship will carry over
- - Motion to withdraw from Fall Fest by Mitch, 2nd by Tom, vote unanimous
- Victory Dinner -- 5/14 -- if we reschedule, our deposit will hold
- - Motion to postpone by Anita, 2nd by Corynne, vote unanimous
- - Possibly look at September 10

Next meeting Thursday, April 9 at 6:30pm at Westminster Library.  Will hold phone meeting if library is not open.
